Notie Carol Bunch, 97, of Salisbury, died on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. Born in McColl, SC, she was the daughter of the late James Issac Helms and Nanny Carol Harrington Helms.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Ginger Bunch Marshall & her husband, Gary and Nancy Carol Ward & her husband, Thomas all of Salisbury; a son, James Julius Bunch & his wife, Sue of Wise, VA; 6 grandchildren, Sean, Angie, Corey, Staci, Shannon and Christian, Sean and Ryan; 11 great grandchildren, Grayson, Jack, Jacob, Colston, Diego, Trevor, Kaitlyn, Daniella, Xander, Camilla, Garrett, Zoey and Derek.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Harry Wells Bunch in 1999; 2 brothers, JT Helms and Reese Helms; and 2 sisters, Frances Hubbard and Grace Dees.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 17, 2011 at 1:00 pm the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Wicomico Memorial Park in Salisbury with Rev. Kenneth Williams officiating.
