SUFFOLK-Elsie Foster Cutchins, 84, died Dec. 16, 2010.

A graveside service will be conducted in Holly Lawn Cemetery, Monday, December 20, 2010. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., Suffolk.

Mrs. Cutchins, a native of Isle of Wight County, was a bus driver for Suffolk Public Schools for 22½ years and a sales associate with Peebles Department Stores.

Survivors include two sons, Stephen L. Cutchins and Richard A. Cutchins, both of Suffolk; five sisters, Janice Byrum, Lorine Cutchins and Geraldine Williams, all of Windsor, Marjorie Willman of Virginia Beach and Vergie Byrum of Disputanta; two brothers, Shirley Foster of Franklin and Cleveland Foster of Suffolk; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
