To the Editor:

Recently I was privileged to speak about Veterans Day to Mrs. Jane Stephenson’s class at Southampton Middle School.

The students were courteous, well behaved and attentive. It was an honor for me to be in the presence of these fine young people, and many thanks to VFW Post 4411 for the Buddy Poppies for each student.
