COURTLAND—A Southampton County man is behind bars for allegedly sexually assaulting two juveniles about four years ago.

Donald Buhls, 39, of the 29000 block of Berlin Dory Road, was charged with several counts of aggravated sexual battery, according to Sgt. Wanda Covington, a Southampton County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman.

On Nov. 24, police received a report of the alleged sexual assault and upon investigation discovered two alleged victims. Buhls is in the Southampton County Jail without bond.
