FRANKLIN—Franklin High School junior Jazmyn Anthony and freshman Aysa Lee each scored 7 points during the Broncos’ girls’ basketball team’s 50-27 loss to Brunswick Thursday.

Lee added 10 rebounds.

Two nights earlier, the FHS girls lost 60-30 to Brunswick.

“We’re a very young, inexperienced team this year,” said Bronco Coach Mona Sumblin. “It’s the first time in years. My junior varsity team is my varsity team.”

Franklin lost eight seniors to graduation.
