SUFFOLK—Thelma C. Bagner of Suffolk died Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010, at Sentara Obici Hospital after a brief illness.

Among her survivors is a brother, Wiley P. Williams Jr. of Sedley.

Funeral services will be at noon Saturday at Christian Home Baptist Church in Windsor. Visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the church.

Pretlow and Chapman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
