SUFFOLK—Shirley T. Hicks Massenburg, 68, of Suffolk died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Gates of Heaven C.O.G.I.C. Burial will be at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
A native of Southampton County, Mrs. Massenburg retired from Gwaltney of Smithfield.
Survivors include her husband, Larry; one daughter; three sons; five sisters, including Marie Person of Courtland; and four brothers.
