Franklin – Richard Todd Cutchins, 44, passed away November 14, 2010. He was born in Franklin and was a member of Black Creek Baptist Church. Todd farmed with his father and was a longtime member of the James L. Camp, Jr. YMCA. He enjoyed motorcycles, body building, history, and the Hokies.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Richard and Lucille Cutchins; maternal grandmother, Mary E. Carr; Todd’s fiancé Beth Villa, and her daughter, Megan Shwab; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 pm Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at Black Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Greg Kitts and the Rev. Frank Seal officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday (today) from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at his parent’s residence, 20112 Drake Road, and suggests memorials be made to the Black Creek Baptist Church Building Fund, 34163 Vicksville Road, Franklin, Va. 23851.
