To the Editor:
I was tricked this “Halloween.”
To a few of the early children who came to my door, I became a little witchey, and I apologize.
I hope you’ll forgive me for my ghoulish behavior.
To the City of Franklin, I’d like to request that a more reliable system be put in place to notify residents when we are to expect a holiday to be celebrated on its incorrect date. Thank you.
