SUFFOLK—Casper Eugene Shaffer, 64, of Suffolk, died Oct. 30, 2010.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11 to noon at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk.
Shaffer is survived by daughters Tammy L. Shaffer of Boykins, Melissa S. Newcomb of Suffolk and Wanda S. Bradshaw of Carrsville; a son, David Allen Shaffer of Carrsville; a sister, Barbara S. Ball; and brothers Charles S. Shaffer Jr., Roy Lee Shaffer and Richard Allen Shaffer.
