COURTLAND—A 23-year-old Boykins man has been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl.

Randy Earl Hill of the 18000 block of Truman Street was arrested last week and charged with rape, taking indecent liberties with a child and forcible sodomy, the Southampton County Sheriff’s Office reported.

On Oct. 26, the sheriff’s office received a complaint alleging the rape of the girl between Sept. 6 and Sept. 10, according to Sgt. Wanda Covington, a department spokeswoman.

Hill was arrested after police investigated the allegations. He was taken to the Southampton County Jail with no bond.
