SUFFOLK—Violet Jean Jones Albertson, 70, died Oct. 18, 2010.

Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at R.W. Baker and Co. Funeral Home. Burial will be in Jones-Lassiter family cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 to 12:30 prior to the service.

She was a lifelong resident of Suffolk, but more recently resided at East Pavilion nursing home in Franklin.

Survivors include one son, Louis Albertson; four brothers; and three sisters.
