WINDSOR—The Franklin High School girls volleyball team lost in three sets to Windsor on Thursday.

The Lady Dukes defeated the Lady Broncos 25-13, 25-13 and 25-2.

For Franklin, Kitisha Bynum led with 2 kills and 4 assists, and Victoria Barrett had 1 kill. Asya Lee went 6 for 7 on serves.

In other action, Franklin lost to Appomattox Regional Governor’s School on Tuesday. Set scores were 25-17, 25-8 and 25-11.

Barrett had 4 assists and 2 kills. Takeisha Rawls was 10 for 11 on serves.

The Lady Broncos will host the Windsor Dukes on Oct.  26, when they will have a Pink Out Game for the Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
