Courtland – Jesse Willis Lee, 79, died September 8, 2010.  He was born in Edenton, NC, a son of the late Charlie and Edna Carson Lee and was predeceased by a sister, Ellen Donovan.  Jesse was a retired electrician for Southampton Memorial Hospital and a member of the Windsor Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Survivors include his wife Ethel Mildred Hand Lee; two daughters, Cynthia R. Lee and Penny E. Lee; two sons, Forrest W. Lee and Charles W. Lee; six grandchildren, Jessica Drenta, Cort Johnson, Ethan Lee, Elizabeth Vann, Dalton Vann, and Emily Vann; three sisters, Peggy Hedgepeth, Edna Earle Myers, and Jackie Schultz; and two brothers, Charles Lee and Larry Lee.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 pm Sunday, September 12, 2010 at the Windsor Seventh Day Adventist Church with Pastor Sammy Moore officiating.
