SUFFOLK—The driver killed in a Sunday crash on South Quay Road has been identified as James William Hendrix II, 52, of Suffolk.

Hendrix’s eastbound truck crossed the median at 4:30 a.m., hit a culvert and rolled several times before coming to a rest on its side. He was partially thrown. Hendrix was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said he was not wearing a seatbelt.
