CAPRON—Ervin Odom, 59, of Capron, died August 22, 2010, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Apostolic Faith of God Church, Franklin. Burial will be in Corinth Chapel UCC Cemetery, Suffolk.

Odom was a native of Suffolk and retired from International Paper after 33 years.

Survivors include one daughter, Erin Alexandria Odom; sons Daeman W. Odom, Adrien Tomas Odom and Christian L. Sweat; sisters Carrie Vincent, Doretha Holder, Brenda Odom and Carolyn Freeman; and brothers Roy Odom, Wesley Odom, Hurley Odom Jr., Earl Odom, Theopholus Odom, Randolph Odom and Howard Odom.
