This year’s festival theme is “Street Scene.”

Ten blocks of the downtown historic district will be closed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for arts and crafts booths, food vendors, commercial and educational exhibits, a classic car show and family entertainment. Featured on the streets and stages will be clowns and dancers.

All of the outside spaces are 10 feet by 20 feet. Each vendor must supply his own tent or covering, if so desired.

Booths for arts and craft vendors, commercial businesses, non-profit groups selling food, educational sales, downtown businesses and politicians are $50. Commercial food booths cost $100 and educational booths that do not involve sales are $25. Electricity is available for the additional $15.
