Glenn R. Coulter
FRANKLIN—Glenn Rowley Coulter, 82, died Aug. 4, 2010, at Southampton Memorial Hospital.
A funeral mass with military honors will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Wright Funeral Home.
Coulter was as a retired lieutenant commander from the U.S. Navy after 23 years service and a former assistant to the finance director at Hagerstown Community College in Maryland.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Gerry Coulter; and a sister, Ann Klafter of Genoa, Ohio.
