Charles ‘Yike’ Mayfield
FRANKLIN—Charles “Yike” Mayfield of Franklin died August 5, 2010, at Southampton Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife; daughters LaVonda Scott, Kiesta Mayfield, Shiquana Scott, Marquita Scott and Artisa Jennings; sons Daryl Jennings and Alexander Ruffin; six brothers; and four sisters.
William M. Johnson and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
