Marvin L. Harris III
PORTSMOUTH—Marvin L. Harris III, 72, passed away July 12, 2010.
He was a retired battalion chief with the City of Chesapeake.
Marvin enjoyed his retirement years working at Priority Automotive Group, where he formed many dear friendships.
Among survivors are his devoted wife of more than 53 years, Jo Ann Harris; and a daughter, Ann Beth Taves and husband, Kurt, of Windsor.
