Tammy Jo R. Steinert
FRANKLIN—Tammy Jo Russell Steinert, 37, died June 12, 2010, at her residence.
She was born in Pasquotank County, N.C., and was a graduate of Franklin High School and Radford University.
Tammy Jo was a regulatory author for 3E Corp. and was studying environmental law with the online Concord Law School of Kaplan University.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jessica Austin and Jonathan Steinert; mother, Linda W. Curle (Tim); father, Joseph W. Russell (Carole); maternal grandmother, Edna R. Wise; and uncles Louis “Frankie” Wise Jr., Michael Wise and Chris Wise.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 19, in the chapel of Wright Funeral Home with the Revs. Lelia Cutler and. Stanley Nixon officiating.
Interment will follow at Southampton Memorial Park.
