FRANKLIN—Rosewood Avenue, between Harrison and Thomas streets, will close to through traffic on Thursday, June 17 at 8 a.m. for rehabilitation work on the Harrison Street sewer pumping station.

The closure, which impacts one block of Rosewood Avenue, may last until July.
