SUFFOLK—Joseph Vincent Tolly, 71, of Suffolk, died May 9, 2010, died at his home.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Peninsula Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife Margaret E. Tolly, two daughters, including Lisa T. Shearin of Windsor and two brothers.
