ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. – Leon Zealers “Jimmy” Fowler Jr., 74, of Elizabeth City, N.C. died April 19, 2010. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Wright Funeral Home. Survivors include his ex-wife and friend, Eunice Bowles Fowler of Portsmouth, daughter, Natalie Cobb of Franklin; son, Leon Z. Fowler, III of San Juan, Puerto Rico and Outer Banks, N.C., and daughter, Nikki Ferree of Las Vegas, Nevada.
