Ruth Camp
HAMPTON—Deaconess Ruth Louise Sykes Camp, 89, of Hampton, died April 1, 2010. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Luke A.M.E. Zion Church. Burial was in Southview Cemetery.
After 38 years of service, Camp retired from Southampton Memorial Hospital. Survivors include four sisters, Mildred McClenny, Ivor, Evelyn A. Walker, Eunice Ridgill, Los Angeles, CA and Melba Carmichael, Chicago, Ill.
William M. Johnson and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
