The Franklin High School boys’ tennis team fell to 0-4 on the season Thursday with an 8-1 loss to Nansemond-Suffolk Academy.

The high point for Franklin High was Damien Britt’s 7-5, 7-6 win over Alexander Bischoff in No. 1 singles. Britt prevailed 7-4 in the second-set tiebreaker. The Broncos’ Chris McNeil (pictured) lost 6-4, 6-4 to Edward Betlack in No. 2 singles. Franklin returns home Tuesday to host Greensville County at 4 p.m.
