Gale T. Gavin
FRANKLIN—Gale Tyree Gavin, 69, died March 22, 2010 at her home in Pine Bluff, Ark.
Born in Rockbridge County, Va., Gale was a daughter of the late Lloyd Walker and Lula Duff Tyree and was a former dental office receptionist in Franklin. She was predeceased by a daughter, Karen Sue Gavin.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Gailya Hodnett and her husband, Todd, of Petersburg; granddaughter, Hannah Grace Hodnett; two sisters, Dorothy T. Bailey of Pine Bluff and Patricia T. Smith of Logan, UT; two brothers, William F. Tyree of Idaho and Bobby L. Tyree of Carrsville and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be private at a later date. Condolences may be offered to her daughter at 24613 Meadow Lane, Petersburg, VA 23803.
