WINDSOR—Joseph Mills Fanney, Jr., 81, of Windsor died Feb. 27, 2010.
A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at Windsor Cemetery. Survivors include two sons; and one stepdaughter, Liz Fuller of Windsor and one sister Patsy Price.
Parr Funeral Home of Suffolk was in charge of arrangements.
