Marian T. Eubanks

Franklin – Marian Turner Eubanks, 90, widow of Sam Elvis “Slim” Eubanks, died February 3, 2010 at the East Pavilion. She was born in Franklin, a daughter of the late Charles Thomas and Anna Kea Turner, and was predeceased by three sisters, Margaret Alexander, Anne Rader, and Janey Councill; and two brother, Howard and Peyton Turner. Mrs. Eubanks was a member of Franklin Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory are three sons, Jerry Eubanks (Joan) of Middletown, Va, Sam E. Eubanks, Jr. (Anne) of Virginia Beach, and Bobby Eubanks (Crissie) of Franklin; nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews..

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 am Saturday at Poplar Spring Cemetery with the Rev. Sharon James officiating. Memorials may be made to the Franklin Baptist Church, 208 North High Street, Franklin, Va. 23851. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
