WINDSOR—George Lankford Benton of Chester Lane, Windsor, died Jan.16, 2010, at Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at New
Jerusalem Church of God, 4284 Joyner’s Bridge Road, Carrsville, with Evangelist Margi B. Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Picott Cemetery.
Survivors include a sister, Emily Benton Holland, and a brother, William Sledge.
Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
