Emmett D. Taylor
CAPRON—Emmett Douglas “D” Taylor, 74, died Jan. 6, 2010.
Among his survivors are children: Kenneth Taylor (JoAnn) of Murfreesboro, N.C., and Taylor (Valerie) of Boykins; brother, Paul Taylor (Shirley) of Yale; sisters, Virginia Williams (Jimmy) of Yale and Susie Harrison of Waverly.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at noon at Calvary Baptist Church, Yale, with Pastor, the Rev. Dr. Willie R. Derr Sr.
Viewing was scheduled for Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
R.E. Pearson and Son Funeral Home, Emporia, is in charge of arrangements.
