MURFREESBORO, N.C.— Mary Alice Carter, 85, died Dec. 26, 2009, at Guardian Care Nursing Home.
Among her survivors are son, George Carter of Murfreesboro; daughter, Debra Carter of Murfreesboro; and sisters, Catherine Byerson and Janette Bullock, both of Murfreesboro.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Greater Harvest in Aulander, N.C., with Bishop Leroy Jackson Woolard officiating.
Burial will follow in Carver Park Cemetery.
Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, N.C. is handling the arrangements.
