FRANKLIN—Lorraine Flowers Foster, 77, died Dec. 24, 2009.
Among her survivors are sister, Joyce Rabil of Franklin; and two brothers, James Flowers of Drewryville and Ralph Flowers of Sedley.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. today at Swift Creek Baptist Church, Colonial Heights. Dr. Steve Felker will be officiating.
