Brenda M. Bandy
CARRSVILLE—Evelyn Brenda Munford Bandy, 61, died December 23, 2009 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
She was born in Murfreesboro, N.C., a daughter of the late Jasper and Ella Cobb Munford.
Mrs. Bandy was a bridge tender for the City of Chesapeake.
Survivors include two daughters, Yvonne Bostwick (Joe) of Spring Grove and Brenda Pilkington (Larry) of Portsmouth and; four grandchildren, Christy Mathena, Joey and Racheal Bostwick, Darin Pilkington; one godchild, Amanda Davis; four sisters, Eunice Whitley, Shirley Vasser, Mary Darden, Sallie Moore; and two brothers, J.J. Munford Jr. and Randy Munford.
