Joseph C. Chapman
ZUNI—Joseph Samuel “J.S.” Chapman, 81, died Dec. 18, 2009.
Mr. Chapman was a retired farmer who began working the family land in the 1940s.
Among his survivors is his wife of 59 years, Beatrice D. Chapman.
A celebration of life service will be held at noon today at Morning Star Baptist church, Windsor, with the Rev. Leland R. Chapman officiating and the Rev. J.J. Ferguson eulogist.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
