Belinda D. Russell
FRANKLIN—Mrs. Belinda Deloatch Russell, 45, of Black Creek Road, Franklin, passed away December 16, 2009, in Southampton Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Russell, a New York City native, attended and graduated from the public schools in New York.
Belinda was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Boone Deloatch.
She is survived by her husband, Spencer C. Russell, Franklin; her father, James Deloatch; one sister, Lorraine Deloatch, Savannah, Ga.; uncles, James Haskins, Steven Haskins (Rhonda), Fennell Haskins (Renee), her aunt, Margaret Skeeter, cousin, Martha Lawrence, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
A homegoing service will be held at 5 p.m. on Monday, December 21, 2009 in the chapel of Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 224 South Main Street, Franklin, VA.
