Spiller V. Anderson
SUFFOLK—Spiller Vincent Anderson, 59, died Nov. 27, 2009.
Mr. Anderson was one of the original members and trumpet players for Bill Deal and the Rhondells.
Among his survivors are sons and daughters-in-law, James Barry and Linda Armstrong of Franklin and Justin E. Armstrong and fiancée Heather of Franklin.
A funeral was held Tuesday at Southside Baptist Church with the Rev. Stewart McCarter officiating. Interment followed in Holly Lawn.
Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, Suffolk, was in charge of arrangements.
