John Flythe
NEWSOMS—John Flythe, 77, died Nov. 29, 2009, at his residence.
Among his survivors are his wife, Dorothy Flythe of the home; two sons, Paul Powell of Franklin and Earl Smith of Newsoms.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at J.W. Faison Memorial Chapel, Seaboard, N.C., with the Rev. E.R. Buffaloe officiating.
Burial will follow in Mount Tabor Baptist Church cemetery, Newsoms.
Faison’s Funeral Home, Seaboard, N.C., is in charge of arrangements.
