Mary A. Rogers
NORFOLK—Mary A. Rogers, 87, died Nov. 24, 2009.
Mrs. Rogers was a member of Ocean View Baptist Church and visited Courtland Baptist Church.
She was very supportive of Christian charitable benefits.
She was a native of Augusta County, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Russell Rogers; eight children; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at noon today and services will be held at 2 p.m. in Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk.
Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
