Earlene Grant
COMO, N.C.—Earlene Grant, 75, died Nov. 20, 2009, at her residence.
She was a native of Hertford County, N.C.
Survivors include three sons, William L. Grant, James A. Grant and Edward Grant Jr., all of Como; two daughters, Doris Ridley of Como and Joyce Lewis of Murfreesboro, N.C.; two brothers, Billy Smith of Como and Moses Vaughan of Murfreesboro; a sister, Martha Moss of Portsmouth; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, Como, with the Rev. Elliot Hill officiating.
Burial will take place in the Fleetwood Family Cemetery.
Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, N.C., is handling the arrangements.
