FRANKLIN—Constance Cleo “Connie” Vincent died Nov. 10, 2009, at her home.
She was born Jan. 11, 1977 in Bronx, N.Y. to Cheryl LVerne Vincent and the late Jack Marvin Allen Jr.
She received her early education in the Franklin Public Schools. She was employed at Wal-Mart Store #2705 in Franklin for eight years until her death. She joined First Baptist Church at an early age. She recently had a spiritual awakening and rededicated her life back to the Lord.
Survivors include her best friend and mother, Cheryl L. Vincent of Franklin; daughters, Alantra D. Vincent and Yanna T. Vincent of Franklin; sisters, Nakia Godwin of Dothan, Ala. and Sheri Allen of Atlanta, Ga.; brothers, Greg Underwood of Franklin, Travis Baker of Suffolk and Curtis Saunders of Gates, N.C.; aunts, Sandra Johnson and Denise Vincent of Dothan; two godfathers, Guy Myrick of Courtland and Edgar Dotson of Franklin; a special grandfather, Fred Denson of Franklin; and numerous, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at White Oak Spring Missionary Baptist Church, Franklin, with Apostle Tyrone Hart presiding and Pastor Keith Rose, eulogist.
Interment will follow in Southview Cemetery, Franklin. Engram Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
