Renee Martin
CARROLLTON—Renee Martin, 48, died Nov. 4, 2009.
Born at Fort Monroe, she was a lifelong resident of Isle of Wight County.
She leaves behind many friends and family to cherish the amazing life she led.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Wally K. Pier; father, Kenneth Pier Sr.; and sister, Karen Pier Fuller.
She leaves to cherish her memories her fiancé, Carl “Scooter” Littleton of Carrollton; her brothers, Ronnie Pier of Suffolk and Kenny Pier of New Mexico; nieces, Amber Morgan and her husband, Craig of Windsor, Ashley Mauger and her husband, Miles of Smithfield, Christi Pier of California, and Brittany Pier of New Mexico; and nephew, United States Army SPC Gabriel Fuller and his wife, Michaela, currently stationed in Germany.
A celebration of her life will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Benns United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Tommy Reynolds officiating.
