MURFREESBORO, N.C.—Frances Jeneil Dickinson Parker, 91, died in her sleep at Guardian Care Nursing Home of Ahoskie, N.C.
She was born Sept. 10, 1918, in Norfolk, to the late Albert Monroe Dickinson and Mildred Winingder Dickinson.
She was the wife of the late Robert Vance Parker who passed away in July of 1975.
Mrs. Parker was a member of Murfreesboro United Methodist Church and dearly loved her church. She lived her life to the fullest and had her wish to “go away” in her sleep.
Robert and Frances had one adopted daughter to whom they gave their middle names, Jeneil Vance Parker of Murfreesboro.
A graveside service was held Tuesday at Riverside Cemetery. The Rev. Arthur Warren officiated.
