BROOKLYN, N.Y.—Keri-Ann Blake died Oct. 14, 2009.
She was a former teacher at Meherrin Elementary School.
She moved back to New York in 2006.
A funeral will be held Oct. 30 at Full Gospel Church of God with photo slide show presentation from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Ivy beyond the wall ceremony from 6:30 to 7 p.m.
The main service will begin at 7 p.m. A meal will be served following the main service.
Burial will be held at 9 a.m. Oct. 31.
The family has chartered three buses to transport family and friends from the Blake residence at 438 Rogers Ave., to the funeral. Make arrangements to arrive at the Blake residence at least 30 minutes prior.
