Windsor loses 22-0

CHARLES CITY—A much-improved Charles City team downed Windsor 22-0 Friday night in a Tri-Rivers District game.
The Dukes fall to 3-4 overall and 0-1 in the district.
Windsor plays at Sussex Central next Friday at 7 p.m.
