How’s business? Great! We will celebrate our 30th anniversary in April. We would like to thank all of our customers for making that possible.

One thing you wish everyone knew about your business: After 19 years of the same look, we have recently done some remodeling. We have installed an HDTV for our customers to enjoy their favorite sports. We are also open for breakfast Tuesday through Saturday at 9 a.m.

Something you offer that a customer won’t find elsewhere: Real authentic food. We speak Italian, so every time you dine with us, you get a free language lesson.

Advice to young entrepreneurs: Anything is possible. Be persistent and have faith in yourself and God and you can accomplish anything.

Your first job: I started folding boxes and wrapping silverware. For every 10 or 20 I would get a quarter. At 15 I started serving tables.

Your role model: My father, Pino Cascino. He came here 30 years ago with a dream. He succeeded and never gave up. He has been a great teacher. Everything I know I owe it to him.

The key to a successful business is: Always give 110 percent, and treat others as you would like to be treated. Always accept feedback from your customers.
