WINDSOR—Shirley Tyrone Bracey died July 31, 2009, of heart failure.
Friends were to join the family from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, Suffolk.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Antioch Church Cemetery, Windsor.
