Glenn Cowper
MURFREESBORO, N.C.—Glenn Cowper, 59, died July 16, 2009, at Guardian Care Nursing Home.
He attended Kittrell Business College and served in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Cowper was a member of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Como, N.C.
Survivors include a son, Glenn M. Cowper of Ahoskie, N.C.; a daughter, McKenzia Cowper of Winton, N.C.; one brother, Carlton Branch of Sterling; two sisters, Margaret Marshall and Geraldine Stanback, both of Murfreesboro; and two grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. today at First Baptist Church Murfreesboro, with the Rev. Robert Richardson officiating.
Burial will take place in Carver Park Cemetery.
Hunters Funeral Home, Murfreesboro, is handling the arrangements.
