How’s business? We have more units available than usual due to the economy. We will negotiate on price. It pays for one year in advance or you get one month free.

One thing you wish everyone knew about your business: We have units available ranging from 4×10 with regular doors, 12×30 and 24×30 with roll up doors. The units are 14 feet high. Can handle auto, boat or other large items. The building was purchased in order to give the Alzheimer’s Association a home in Franklin. The office library is dedicated to my mother, Frances Wade Newsome, who died with Alzheimer’s disease. We try to use some of the visits to support other good causes like Habitat, churches, etc.

Something you offer that a customer won’t find elsewhere: Higher ceilings, more space to stack items. Some units have built-in shelves. We try to give seniors a better rate. We are willing to work with people on payments if they keep in touch with us. We send statements each month with envelopes, and we have a drop box.
