To the Editor:

Customer service is a lost art in America. Recently the crew at Chiltons Auto Service in Suffolk went out of their way, not once, but several times, to fix my car as cheaply and efficiently as could be done.

It is refreshing in today’s troubled times to find an honest, customer service-oriented organization.
